The device works extremely well and feels robust, but the packaging was a bit minimal — one corner of the box was dented when it arrived. Thankfully the unit inside was untouched.

I was pleasantly surprised how quiet this M1 runs even under sustained load. Set up was fast and it’s been dependable with minimal fuss. Excellent piece of kit.

Once the M1 arrived, everything worked perfectly — stable and strong network throughput — but import duties and fees bumped my total cost up more than I expected.

Hardware quality is definitely premium and it performs great. My only frustration was that the setup documentation could be more detailed for advanced VLAN routing configs. End result is excellent

I use this M1 as a dedicated firewall + VPN gateway in a busy site — it handles SSL and IPSec VPNs effortlessly and runs cool. Very happy with how steady it has been.
