The hardware inside the RackMatrix S2 is good — sturdy enclosure, excellent performance. However the box arrived with slight dents and I was a little nervous opening it. Thankfully no damage, but packaging could be improved for transit

Out of the box, this appliance was nearly plug-and-play. Pre-installed OS, took our config, and we were live within hours. For a network appliance this seamless, big thumbs up.

The compact form-factor of this rack-mount appliance stood out for me — fits my 1U rack easily. Performance meets expectations: routing, firewall, NAT all smooth. I only wish the cable management in the rack kit was a little better

Used at our remote office — setup was quick, rack fitting fine, performance is consistent. I hit a minor firmware UI issue (port labels swapped) but support helped and update fixed it. Very happy overall.

This device impressed us — throughput is strong, the SFP uplink just sped things up. Our site-to-site VPNs and client traffic are no problem. The RackMatrix S2 with Intel E3845 is really delivering
