Performance from this unit is superb — throughput, stability, interface responsiveness all excellent. My only frustration: the shipping lag meant I couldn’t complete our network upgrade on schedule. Otherwise, very good product.

Reliability has been very good so far with the RackMatrix S2 appliance. No hiccups for our first month of heavy use. My only suggestion: the packaging could be stronger for international shipping; the outer box had one dent.
