Strong system, minor cable routing improvement desired

Cables around the back are a bit tight; a few more tie-down points would help. Otherwise, solid and dependable.

Excellent unit, but bent front bezel on arrival

Came slightly bent, but internal parts are fine, works as expected. Cosmetic issue, not functional.

We’re sorry for the cosmetic damage. Thank you for your understanding — glad it still works perfectly.

Overbuilt for my needs, but I love it

I don’t use all ports or horsepower yet, but having headroom feels great. Feels like futureproofing.

Hardware first, but software needs polish

Hardware first, but software needs polish

The hardware is rock solid. The UI or toolsets sometimes have rough edges. But nothing that breaks things.

Ideal for remote office consolidations

We used the S2 in remote branches to consolidate router, firewall, and VPN functions. Great results

That’s exactly how we envisioned many use cases. Glad it’s performing for your remote branches.
