The RackMatrix M1 is clearly quality hardware — handles everything we throw at it — but unexpected import duties bumped the cost up significantly. Still happy with the unit itself, but do factor extra fees if you’re international.

Performance is excellent and stability is top-notch. My one nitpick: the packaging was minimal and the box arrived slightly dented (the unit inside was fine). Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

The aluminum chassis feels rugged and premium, and the fans are surprisingly quiet even under sustained load. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the quick-start documentation for advanced VLAN and WAN aggregation scenarios.
