This RackMatrix S2 modular racknetwork enclosure is awesome in every way — except the power plug shipped with me was a different standard than my country. I easily fixed it with a replacement cable, so it’s a minor annoyance, not a fatal flaw.
We regret the inconvenience. We try to auto-detect region plug types but sometimes miss. We’ll review our shipping settings to match plugs better. Thanks for your patience and for acknowledging the strong hardware.
The hardware is solid and the modular features are top notch. But when I unboxed it, one edge had a slight ding from transit. Thankfully no functional damage. It suggests maybe the packaging could use extra corner reinforcement.

I’m super impressed by how well the RackMatrix S2 network appliance handles heavy routing + firewall tasks. My only gripe is that I never got a tracking link after order confirmation — I had to chase customer service.

The RackMatrix S2 ready-to-use unit is fantastic — solid build, great performance. But the shipping in my country was held in customs for a week. The result: I got it later than I wanted. Hardware-wise it's 5 stars though.
