The RackMatrix S2’s performance is flawless. The only thing: the packaging got a slight dent on one edge in transit. Internal unit was untouched, but visible damage made me nervous momentarily

I have fiber uplink to my ISP and copper for internal segments — this box, with its combination of GbE + SFP, handles both seamlessly. It’s such a relief not needing extra transit boxes

The unit itself is rock solid — reliability, features, ports are spot on. My only small gripe: there’s no local service center near me, so spare parts or support can take longer to arrive. Still, 4 stars for excellent product

I barely hear this thing. Running in a UK cabinet behind other noisy gear, the RackMatrix S2 just disappears into the background — all while doing serious workloads. That silence and stability are gold
