This RackMatrix S2 is rock solid — stable, well built, performs beautifully. My only pain point is that there’s no local distributor in my region, so any support or spare parts take longer to ship. If that were solved, it'd be perfect.

The specs are as advertised and work great — CPU, ports, performance all top notch. However, the unit was delayed due to a courier error in transit, which delayed my project kickoff. Product itself is solid 5 stars, logistics knocked it to 3.

I left this thing running for 120 hours straight with heavy routing, VPN, IDS, and it never blinked. No reboots, no hiccups. It’s become the stable backbone for my home lab network

Under normal use it’s perfect, but when I pushed it hard (VPN + IPS + heavy NAT), the chassis got noticeably warm to the touch. Not alarming, just something to monitor in tight racks. Still, 4 stars for consistent performance
