Everything works beautifully—the RackMatrix S2 appliance sealed strong connections, stable routes, zero crashes. However, one corner of the box was dented in shipping. Device itself was unharmed though

I put this RackMatrix S2 network appliance on the edge of my test ISP lab. Handles BGP sessions, polices traffic, and doesn’t flinch under burst loads. Crisp, efficient, solid. Definitely built for serious networking.

The RackMatrix S2 firewall box has been rock solid—no reboots, no hiccups. My only suggestion: more built‑in monitoring tools in the UI would be nice. Otherwise, I’m very happy with it
