The product itself is top tier — hardware, ports, performance all on point. But I had trouble with invoice or shipping communication that delayed my reorder. The delay hurt workflow. The device is still excellent.

The device arrived and works perfectly. One issue: the outer box looked battered in transit, which gave me a jolt. Thankfully, unit inside was unharmed and functions flawlessly

The unit has been rock solid — throughput, stability, no drama. My only complaint is that in my region, spare parts or technical support take extra time to reach me. If that were improved, it gets 5 stars
