The RackMatrix S2 with Noah2 Intel E3845 appliance is powerful and stable. But for someone not deeply familiar with firewall appliances, setting up advanced rules, VLANs, and SFP config took some trial and error. Once configured, though, it’s a beast.

The RackMatrix S2 firewall box is rock solid in performance and flexibility. My only issue: the packaging had a small rip and one corner got scuffed. Thankfully, the internal unit is intact and works flawlessly.
