The Ruckus R560 performs extremely well—coverage, throughput and features are all excellent. My small issue was more on the physical install side: the mounting bracket instructions were a little sparse which made ceiling-mounting take longer than expected. Otherwise a strong product.
Thank you for your candid review and for recognizing the product’s strengths. We appreciate your feedback about the mounting bracket instructions — we’ll review and improve our install documentation. Thanks for your purchase and four-star rating!
We replaced older APs in our university library with the Ruckus R560 and instantly saw fewer complaints from students. The ability to handle lots of simultaneous devices (tablets, laptops, phones) has made a real difference. This is a solid step up for us.
That’s excellent news! We’re really pleased to hear the R560 made a tangible difference in a student device-dense environment. Thank you for your confidence and for the five stars.
The Ruckus R560 works exactly as promoted — strong signal, tri-band, IoT support — but our shipment to the Philippines took an extra week compared to the estimate. The product is excellent, but the delay delayed our rollout.
Thank you for highlighting both the strong performance and the shipping delay. We apologise for the extra transit time and we’re working with our logistics partners to improve delivery to the Philippines. Thank you for your understanding and four-star rating.
We deployed the Ruckus R560 in our open-plan office and were impressed by how quietly it runs and how clean it looks from a ceiling-mount perspective. The signal coverage is broad and the 6 GHz band definitely helps with newer devices. Highly recommended for modern offices.
Thank you very much for your review! We’re glad the R560 fits aesthetically and acoustically into your open-plan space, and that the newer-device performance has improved with the 6 GHz band. Appreciate your five-star rating!
The Ruckus R560 is truly excellent hardware with solid build and top-end features (tri-radio, 4.7 Gbps max rate, IoT support). My one caveat: to get full performance we needed to upgrade our PoE switch to a higher-wattage multigig model. That added cost, but the AP itself is fantastic.
Thank you for your honest feedback and for praising the hardware. You’re absolutely correct— to derive full performance from the R560, the supporting infrastructure (PoE switch, multigig backhaul) must be up to the task. We appreciate your four-star rating and your purchase.
