The hardware is what I hoped for—a high-end WiFi7 indoor access point with the specs to back it: 2×2 across all three bands, extra ports, PoE support. However, my order was delayed significantly (almost three weeks) and one of the mounting brackets was missing. The tech is fantastic, but the post-order experience needs improvement.

I’m giving it four stars. The R670 delivers excellent WiFi 7 performance and the tri-band coverage is exactly what our coworking space needed. That said, I noticed a couple of minor software glitches: occasionally the BLE/IoT radio didn’t pick up some of our sensors until I rebooted the unit. I don’t blame the hardware—it’s top tier—but this may be a firmware-update issue.

After reading up I was looking for the best WiFi 7 solution for home networking and decided on this Ruckus R670. Setup was straightforward, and within an hour my gaming PC, streaming box, and smart home sensors were all humming with serious bandwidth. The 6 GHz band is a game-changer for my gaming rig.

Installed in our retail space (tablet payment terminals + phones + BLE/IoT sensors), the R670 is outstanding—zero dropouts, strong coverage corner-to-corner. My only downside: the box arrived a bit battered, though the unit inside was fine. I’m giving five stars because the performance more than compensates.

Great product overall: the WiFi speeds are phenomenal and the build quality feels premium. I selected it because I needed a WiFi 7 indoor access point with 2×2 (2.4GHz) + 2×2 (5GHz) + 2×2 (6GHz) radio configuration, and this unit delivers. My only gripe: the shipping took longer than expected (about 2 weeks instead of 3–4 days). Still, nine days isn’t terrible and the product makes up for it.
