The unit itself — the Ruckus T350c outdoor WiFi 6 access point — is excellent: great range, rugged build, strong performance. But I ordered in early May and it took nearly a month to arrive. Tracking info was sparse. If shipping were faster, this would easily be a five-star experience.
Thank you for acknowledging the product’s strengths and for your patience. I’m very sorry for the shipping delay and lack of tracking clarity — we know that’s frustrating. We’re working on improving communication and logistics so customers don’t have to wait so long. Appreciate your honesty and your understanding.
We needed a “reliable outdoor access point for remote WiFi solutions” on our mountain cabin location. The Ruckus T350c stands up to cold nights (down to −20 °C) and wide temp swings. Ethernet + PoE cabling was straightforward. My only gripe was the missing PoE injector in the package (so had to order separately). Otherwise great value once fully set up.
Thank you for sharing! It’s wonderful to hear that the T350c is holding up beautifully in harsh temperature conditions for your remote WiFi site. Apologies about the PoE injector not being included — you’re right, that can cause extra delay. We’ll add clearer info so future buyers know ahead. Glad you believe it’s great value overall.
After deploying several “WiFi outdoor access point for high-density public spaces” units around a public park, the T350c has been the clear winner. People walking around, sitting on benches, attending events — connectivity holds strong. IP-67 rating means I don’t worry about sudden storms. ChannelFly automatically shifts to the less congested channel which really helps during busy afternoons when many devices are trying to connect.
Amazing to read your experience! Using the T350c in high-density public areas is exactly what it was designed for. We’re glad ChannelFly is working well for you. Thanks for highlighting the resilience and IP-67 weather rating — very helpful for other potential customers.
I installed the Ruckus T350c outdoor access point on my seaside café terrace, and the coverage is incredible. Even at −10 °C and pouring rain, the signal stays stable. The dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with MU-MIMO handles dozens of devices (guests on phones, tablets) without lag. BeamFlex+ really helps avoid interference from nearby buildings. Completely impressed with its robustness and throughput.
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We’re thrilled that the T350c is delivering strong, reliable performance for you even in harsh seaside weather. Weatherproofing and interference handling are exactly what Ruckus built this model for. If you ever want tips on optimizing channel settings or the antenna pattern for maximum coverage, happy to help!
The Ruckus T350c outdoor access point with PoE is powerful — speeds are solid (especially on 5 GHz) and client density handling is top notch. However, configuring it via the cloud controller had a bit of a learning curve (specific advanced settings are buried). If you’re used to simpler plug-and-play APs, expect to spend an hour or two figuring everything out. But once configured, it performs superbly.
Thank you for your honest review! Glad to hear you’re happy with the performance. We appreciate your feedback about the setup UX. We aim to improve onboarding and documentation to make advanced configuration more intuitive. Meanwhile, if you need guidance or a walkthrough, we're here to support.
