The Ruckus T350 is clearly built tough — minimal latency, good throughput across both 2.4/5 GHz. But the mounting and routing of PoE to the unit in our rooftop location was more work than expected. Also, the packaging was bulky. No regrets on purchase though because results are very good.
Thanks for the honest review. We understand rooftop and PoE-routing can add complexity. We’ll pass your feedback about packaging and installation challenges onward. Glad you're pleased with the hardware performance.
Once finally installed, the T350 lives up to the specs: strong 5 GHz speeds, good outdoor coverage, stable dual-band performance. But shipping from Microless to our remote site took way longer than the estimate. If only it had arrived sooner! Still, product is solid.
We’re sorry about the slow delivery. Thanks for sticking with it, and glad the T350 meets your expectations once installed.
We used the T350 to cover a pair of outdoor basketball courts; before this AP we'd often lose connection during games because people crowd around. Now even with 40–50 phones connected, streaming clips and uploading photos from games works smoothly. We had to wait a bit for local freight; that delay hurt, but totally worth it now.
Appreciate your patience on the delivery, and awesome to hear it’s making a difference for your sports courts. Thanks for the feedback—happy it’s performing well under load!
In open plaza areas, the Ruckus T350 delivers awesome speeds and solid signal out to the edges — even through trees and light foliage. One thing: when full load, power draw is noticeably higher; had to verify our PoE setup was sufficient. But performance more than makes up for the power planning.
Thank you for calling that out. Yes, under heavy traffic the power draw increases, so ensuring proper PoE capacity is key. Glad overall you’re satisfied with the signal and coverage.
As part of our smart city project, we needed an outdoor access point that is IoT ready and can support both cameras, sensors, and public user WiFi. The T350 is doing that job — low latency, robust 64 antenna-pattern adaptive coverage, minimal interference. We are very pleased with how it supports our mixed IoT + public user traffic.
Thank you! It’s great to see T350 handling a mixed workload like IoT + public WiFi. Your setup is exactly the kind we envision working in smart city deployments. Appreciate you sharing!
