Installed the H550 in our student dormitory. Students can connect laptops, phones, and even game consoles without slowdown. One star off because the included mounting bracket felt a little flimsy.

The H550 is hands down the best access point we’ve used. Sadly, customs clearance delayed delivery by almost 10 days, which slowed down our project.

We placed two H550s in conference areas. With 40+ devices connected during events, the unit still held strong. Took off one star because the packaging arrived slightly damaged, but the unit itself was unharmed.

We upgraded from older Ruckus H320s to H550s, and the jump to WiFi 6 was worth it. Guests tell us streaming is faster, and staff tablets connect instantly in every room.
